How to Stick to Workouts.
It is so easy to be intrigued and consumed by the latest exercise trend and fad diet, but the problem with these programs are they are a temporary fix. They do not offer long term solutions you can realistically stick to. What does work is finding something you can incorporate into your lifestyle that is how to stick to workouts.
You have to find something you love doing in order to truly stick with it because, here’s the thing: it isn’t some quick fix. It is a change in lifestyle you have to commit to.
If you don’t find a deeper reason or meaning for why you want to workout and have a overall healthier lifestyle you will just fall back into old habits.
Start investing in yourself instead.What works for you, not what works for the masses.
A workout that I have stuck to for ten years, yes you read that correctly, is running. While some may call me crazy, running has always been a workout I love. It helps me disconnect and I run for me. Not for the fastest time. Not for the longest mileage. That is why I find joy out of running. I do it purely to relieve stress and better my mood not for burning calories, that’s just an added bonus.
